Our plant operates Monday through Friday. Orders received over the weekend will be processed on Monday morning. Your selections are cut-to-order by our master butchers within 48 hours of your order, then vacuum-sealed and blast frozen. Without compromising quality, this ensures that your meat is preserved in the original state when cut and is also protected during the shipping process. It is packed in a well-insulated cooler with "ice" bricks that will keep your order cool for up to 3 days.
Your order will arrive one of two ways - via Fed Ex 2-Day Service or local delivery.
Fed Ex ship days from our plant are on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. It is very important that the "ship to" address is correct. Rerouting of your order could cause delays and result in spoilage.
